Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cv999t ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cv999t website at cv999t.vip and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the cv999t website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cv999t platform.

cv999t reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the cv999t platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the cv999t website at cv999t.vip and all associated services, games, and tools.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an account with cv999t and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by the Player upon registration.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held within a Player's Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Clause 9 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the cv999t Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh.
• You are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any corporation or other legal entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on this Platform or any associated platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of cv999t or any of its affiliated entities.

21+ Only — No Exceptions

cv999t strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement. If, at any point, we determine that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend that Account, void any pending bets, and withhold or return any Account balance in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the cv999t Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. You are obliged to notify cv999t promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support.

cv999t reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks at any time. This may include requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cv999t Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. cv999t does not accept cash transactions or bank transfers from unverified accounts.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. cv999t targets withdrawal processing within a reasonable business period; actual timing may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
• cv999t reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion.
• Any balance arising from fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or reversed transactions will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cv999t offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• cv999t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Promotion abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or use of prohibited software, will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Repeat claims via new accounts are not permitted.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the cv999t Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation technology or live-streamed in real time from verified studio providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined independently of cv999t's operational team and cannot be influenced or manipulated.

By participating in any game, you accept the applicable game rules as published on the Platform. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, cv999t will apply its technical fault resolution policy. Where a game round cannot be verified as complete, the round may be voided and any stake refunded to the Player's Account balance.

7 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on cv999t, including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the following rules:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the event commences.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are accepted subject to our real-time systems confirming the bet before the next determinative event in the match.
• In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion of the minimum required playing time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• cv999t reserves the right to limit bet stakes or restrict market access for any Player at its discretion.
• Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds will be voided and the stake refunded.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the cv999t Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of cv999t or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without the express written consent of cv999t.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv999t Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new Account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv999t shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from technical failures, game errors, data loss, or delays in processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

cv999t does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of scheduled maintenance, system downtime, or force majeure events.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international online gaming regulation. In the event of any dispute between you and cv999t, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. cv999t will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where applicable law prevents such limitation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

cv999t reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.

13 Responsible Gaming
